Meet Phil, Owner & Director

Phil Williams’ connection to Wachusett spans over 50 years, from camper to counselor, assistant director, and now owner and director. His background in education and healthcare administration, combined with decades of camp experience, guides the safe and structured environment families rely on. Phil is committed to preserving Wachusett’s traditions while helping each camper grow into confident young men.

Senior Staff

Our senior staff are dedicated leaders who have spent many years at Wachusett. Most grew up here, moved through the CIT and JC programs, and now return each summer to guide campers with experience and genuine care.
