Located just an hour south of Burlington and three hours from Boston, our secluded Vermont grounds comfortably host receptions up to 125 guests and offer cabin lodging for 100 overnight guests.
With exclusive Thursday–Sunday access, your wedding unfolds over days, not hours. Settle in, decorate at your own pace, enjoy a lakeside rehearsal dinner, celebrate your big day, and gather again for a relaxed farewell brunch. It’s a wedding weekend that feels like a classic summer camp getaway.

Weekends Begin at $8,500
Starting price includes exclusive Thursday–Sunday use of the entire 40-acre property, main lodge, dining hall, waterfront, sports facilities, and cabin lodging. Our camp director and maintenance staff are on site throughout the weekend.
Rates:
Thursday–Sunday Camp Rental: $8,500
Main House Add-On: $1,000
Commercial Kitchen Use: $500 (free for basic storage & catered prep)
Deposits:
$1,000 refundable deposit for camp property use
$400 refundable deposit for the main house
Availability
Our rental season runs for just six weeks from early August through mid‑September, and dates fill quickly. Availability is first‑come, first‑served and shared across all rental groups.
