Comfortable, Spacious Cabins

Wachusett’s twelve historic cabins house six to eight boys of similar age and two counselors. These welcoming 1920s cabins have electricity, an inviting porch, screened windows, wooden cubbies, a dressing room, and a private toilet with sinks. Showers are a short walk away in the main lodge.

Unforgettable Evenings

After dinner, campers enjoy free time before coming together for our signature evening programs. Whether it’s a campfire on the beach with s’mores, a movie night, skit performances, or traditional council fires, these evening gatherings are where camp camaraderie truly shines.

Great Food, Family-Style

Meals are served family-style in our spacious dining hall or outdoor picnic area. Prepared by our lead chef of 14 years, our nutritious menus feature kid‑friendly favorites, special themed meals, fresh fruit at every meal, and a salad bar often including local farm-fresh vegetables. Seconds are always available, and our kitchen team happily accommodates most dietary needs and food allergies.

“This is a gem of a camp for boys right here in Vermont. My son learned so many new skills and can’t wait to return next summer.”
- Deborah, Parent of First-Year Camper
